AYLA MARIE DECAIRE (Bonnie, she/her) is an actor, dancer, painter, and puppet-maker. With a deep commitment to authenticity and empathetic storytelling, she strives to uncover the humanity and lovable qualities in every character she holds. Some of her recent credits include Execution of Justice (Chautauqua Theatre Company), Fairview, Big Love, Pearls, Connection is Unstable, and The Munchies (Darkfest at The Tank). Ayla is currently a 3rd Year MFA Acting student at Columbia University. Feeling very grateful to be telling this story with this crew <3

Anita Parrott is a born and raised Texan, emerging playwright, and third-year MFA acting student at Columbia University School of the Arts. Recent acting credits include: Voyage to Lesbos (A.R.T/New York); Are You Listening? (Recess Grove); The She-Wolves (14th Street Y);  jamie b. (Sapphest NYC); and Fairview, Riceland, The Orangery, Big Love, and Passion Play (Columbia SOA). INDIA SHEA (Marrow) is a Brooklyn based theater maker and performer. They are a member of Columbia’s MFA acting cohort ‘25, graduate of Fordham University’s BA performance program and recipient of the inaugural Duffy Fellowship And having worked with and at Hudson Valley Shakes, The Hangar Theatre, Shakespeare on the Sound, and the Tank; they are pleased as punch to be collaborating with The Interstitial and their dear friends and colleagues to bring strays to life. TOMMY VINES (Harlem/Cav) is thrilled to be working on strays! Tommy is best known for her work as the lead role Emmy-Nominated Kate Novack's film "Hysterical Girl" (Dora/Ida), which was published by the New York Times Op-Docs and shortlisted for an Oscar. Recently, Tommy wrapped filming on "INTERLOPER" Season One, an independent scripted series she wrote, produced, and played the lead role in. Tommy was also the writer, movement director, producer, and lead actor in i love you and i always will or charlie's play by Tommy Vines, which has its NYC debut at an Off-Broadway house in July 2024. Other select credits include: Jay Leonard's "It's Always Almost Over" (Charlie Hawkins), "Miss Fortune" (Betty - won Best Actress at Commonwealth Film Festival) and ASP's How I Learned To Drive (Teenage Green Chorus - Regional Debut). ANITA PARROTT (Playwright) is a theater-maker and former NCAA Division I Volleyball Player from Houston, Texas. As a writer and performer, Parrott is devoted to black, queer stories and fully exploring (especially in absurd extremis) the ways human beings relate to each other. Their work continues to explore and broaden the tether between whimsy and necessity, between themselves and their ancestry, and between art and liberation. Parrott is a third-year MFA actor at Columbia University School of the Arts, and their plays have been produced in Pittsburgh, PA, and in NYC at The Tank, The Brick, and at Columbia SOA.

BRENNAN URBI (Director) B is a deviser who works with community members and actors alike to build a process specific to the questions and skill sets of the group. B’s NYC Credits include (un)belonging*, Blood Grudge, Electric World, My Best Friend's Cabaret, Singing Lessons, iii sisters, Connection is Unstable, The Munchies, Leo’s Requiem and Alley Between the House. In Chicago, B directed Half-Baked, The Beauty of Your Eyes and Civics and Humanities and assisted productions including Spring Awakening, Children of Eden, Hair and Another Room in Your Head.
